JESSICA SIMPSON GIVES BIRTH TO SECOND BABY. CONGRATULATIONS


Jessica's rep tells TMZ ... the singer gave birth to a baby boy earlier today in an L.A. hospital. She and husband Eric Johnson named the lil tyke Ace Knute Johnson. North was taken.
