US President Barack Obama and Vice-President Joe Biden star in own workout video as they both jog around the White House in suit and tie to raise awareness of Michelle Obama's Let's Move campaign.

The President and his deputy were filmed 'working out' in between meetings and signing documents to the Superstars TV show theme tune (better known in the US as the Monday Night Footballmusic).

Other than working off the effects of all those State dinners, their aim was to raise more awareness of Michelle Obama's Let's Move campaign which tackles child obesity.
According to the video, the pair were persuaded to get their sweat on "in response to the overwhelming number of people around the country who showed us how they move using the hashtag #LetsMove".
First Lady Michelle Obama set up the let's Move campaign four years ago to tackle the problem of obesity among American children and to help them lead a healthy life.

CNN cancelling Piers Morgan Tonight after a crash in ratings

After three years of running Piers Morgan Live, CNN has confirmed plans to cancel the prime time show due to poor ratings. According to the New York Times, the host of the show Piers Morgan, who stepped up as the replacement for Larry King (who ran for 25 years), said last week that he and CNN president Jeff Zucker had discussed the show's failure to connect to the network's audience and had decided to cancel it. The last shows will be aired in March.

"It's been a painful period and lately we have taken a bath in the ratings. Look, I am a British guy debating American cultural issues, including guns, which has been very polarizing, and there is no doubt that there are many in the audience who are tired of me banging on about it. That's run its course and Jeff and I have been talking for some time about different ways of using me. I think I can credibly do news and the ratings reflect that, but it is not really the show that I set out to do," Morgan continued. "There are all kinds of people who can do news here. I'd like to do work — interviews with big celebrities and powerful people — that is better

Contrary to reports that Nollywood actress, Ebube Nwagbo has finally moved into Kcee’s house at Chevron Estate, Lekki, the actress has dispelled the remour, saying that she did not move in with the ‘Limpopo’ crooner.

Last weekend, news broke out that Ebube has relocated to Kcee’s house in Lekki area of Lagos. But when she was contacted on telephone, the beautiful actress denied the allegation, insisting that she’s in her house in the mainland.

Now sources say Janet is getting set to challenge the prenup and demand a fat lump sum payout from his fortune. “Her argument is that she gave up millions in earnings for her husband,” explained the insider. “Janet isn’t going to give Wissam a dime of her hard-earned cash. However, she’s going to fight tooth and nail for a chunk of his!”

Woman gives birth to stone in Yola

"I was holding a pregnancy for the duration of four years, which I bitterly suffered because of the heavy weight of what is contained in the stomach,” she said. “It was last year around June, I started feeling labour and I was in that condition for three days and finally I delivered a stone.”
She said that it was after the delivery she now discovered that she was affected with VVF. Responding, Dr Sunday Lengmang, Director VVF Centre, Jos, confirmed that giving birth to a stone or any object was possible.
Lengmang was in Yola to attain to the VVF patients for the duration of one week .
“Stones and other solid objects can form in a human body in different cases,” he said. “Stones can form in a gall bladder, urinary bladder and other several parts of urinary tracks.”

The medical expert explained that why VVF patients were prone to giving birth to stones or any solid object was because they drink less water to reduce urine leakage.

He said as a result of taking less water their urine become concentrated.

“Inside urine, there is salt, sodium and chlorine, and when the urine becomes concentrated, the salt becomes crystallised and finally forms itself and later ends up as stone,” he said.
Lengmang confirmed that three VVF patients had stones in their placentas and they would undergo surgery.
He said the size of the stones uncovered from the three women was six by seven and three by four centimetres.

Lengmang advised VVF patients to drink more water instead of taking less to prevent them from risk of having stones.
