At around 2am on Saturday at the Hotel Faena, Justin held his impromptu gig with members of his entourage.
One female fan - who appeared to have the title of Justin's tour and album Believe tattooed on her chest - suffered injuries on both knees after being caught up in the scrum of excitement.
It is just the latest in a string of bizarre incidents from his whirlwind world tour, that has already seen him try and sneak out of a brothel in Brazil.
TMZ have reported that the 'rowdy' crowds that gathered outside ended up getting Justin 'kicked out' of the hotel in Argentina.
He was trying to appease the huge crowd of fans desperate to see their idol.
But by appearing at the rooftop of his hotel, it seems that Justin Bieber only made things worse.
Justin was said to have caused quite the disturbance when he appeared from his hotel room in Buenos Aires, whipping the crowds up to an even wilder frenzy.
