US report claims to InTouch that the actress has been 'dating' actor Jamie Foxx.
The actress, who has a seven-year-old daughter, Suri, with her ex-husband Tom, has reportedly been enjoying secret dates with the actor for the past two months.
A source told In Touch: 'Katie and Jamie have been dating for a while.'
